• Assist in carrying out property inspections and preparing detailed reports.
• Supporting the team in carrying out energy performance assessments (EPC reports) for buildings.
• Participate in tenant and landlord representation activities, ensuring that the rights and interests of both parties are respected.
• Working with experienced professionals to learn and apply best practice in property services.
• Contribute to administrative tasks related to property documentation and database management.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and regulations to enhance your knowledge and professional growth.
• Your responsibilities may evolve if you prove yourself capable.
