The tenant must return the rented premises in the same condition as received at the start of the lease (excluding any construction defects, normal wear and tear, or aging).
The following list is intended to assist the tenant in maintaining the rented property. This list is provided as an indication of the most commonly encountered damages and is not exhaustive.
- General and thorough cleaning of the property, including the inside of radiators, windows, and internal parts of frames, and both interior and exterior of radiators.
- Washing of walls and ceilings in case of washable damages. Repainting may be necessary depending on the expert's assessment.
- Maintenance of boiler, chimneys, water softener, water heater, etc.
- Proper functioning of shut-off taps valves.
- Absence of limescale in toilets and sinks, taps, taps filters, backsplash, and joints.
- Replacement of seals in bathrooms, sinks, showers, bathtubs, kitchen, etc.
- Perfect maintenance of outdoor areas, hedges, lawn, plants, pathways, terrace, swimming pool, leaf collection, and gutters cleaning.
