Sebastien Russotto
Sébastien worked for Expertym for 4 years as Operations Manager. There he learned all the tricks of the real estate expertise business in the broadest sense of the term.
After training in architecture at ULB, he completed his course with a certificate in management and finance at ICHEC.
Passionate about construction and innovation, he is currently training to coordinate energy renovation projects.
Ronan Bras
Ronan worked for Esset Property Management Benelux for 4 years as Head of Structure Development.
At the same time, he worked as a consultant for other real estate structures.
He has an EMBA from Solvay (the youngest in the cohort), a Masters from LUISS and two Masters from ULB.
Active in the real estate market for over 5 years, Sébastien and Ronan noticed that many tenants and landlords in Belgium were encountering difficulties when it came to carrying out accurate inventories of fixtures and fittings and complying with regulations on the energy performance of buildings.
Sébastien is a specialist in everything to do with inventories of premises and EPC, while Ronan is an expert in property management who fully understands the sensitivities of both tenants and landlords.
Combining their knowledge and skills, Sébastien and Ronan decided to found the company BEREX. Their aim was to provide professional, high quality property surveys, tenant representation and EPC reports to help landlords and tenants navigate the Belgian property market. They understand the challenges faced by the real estate industry and are aware that there is a growing need for quality services in this area.
They invested time and resources in developing a user-friendly online platform where customers could easily plan and order services, as well as view their reports. They also assembled a talented team of property experts and energy professionals to ensure the quality and accuracy of the services provided.
Thanks to their customer-focused approach, technical expertise and commitment to excellence, BEREX is seeking to become the benchmark in the Belgian property sector.
