Real Estate Expert🏡

BEREX, a real estate company in Belgium, is currently looking for a motivated real estate expert to join our team. As a real estate expert specialized in carrying out inventories of fixtures and fittings, you will play a key role in the careful valuation of properties and the provision of detailed reports.

Responsibility :

• Carry out complete and accurate inventories of property, including residential and commercial accommodation.
• Examine in detail the condition of the property, including infrastructure, equipment and finishes.
• Document and photograph all relevant aspects of the property, identifying any defects or damage.
• Generate detailed condition reports, providing an accurate description of the condition of the property.
• Work with customers, tenants, landlords and estate agents to ensure a clear understanding of the condition survey results.
• Ensuring that condition surveys are carried out in accordance with current regulations and industry standards.

Requirements : 

• Training or relevant experience as a real estate expert or in a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of the standards and procedures for carrying out surveys.
• Ability to assess properties accurately and in detail, identifying defects and potential damage.
• Strong communication skills to explain the results of the survey to the relevant parties in a clear and professional manner.
• Ability to work autonomously and to meet deadlines.
• Good command of the technological tools used to carry out inventories. ​
• Fluency in French and/or Dutch.
